OpenCart audits: find what needs attention.

We review your shop’s technical condition, checkout and extensions, then set out the findings and recommended order of work.

Analysis and planning

Know what needs attention

The audit is for OpenCart store owners regardless of who built the site. It is useful for recurring faults, checkout problems, uncertain extensions or a previous security incident. We look at the technical causes so improvements are based on more than the visual design.

The basic review

We check errors, core store functions, implementation quality and security. Review covers code, templates, speed, technical SEO and the buying journey, from product browsing through to order completion.

The extended review

Alongside the basic checks, we examine installed extensions, custom modifications and advanced store functions. Server configuration and compatibility are checked too, helping separate hosting limitations from implementation problems.

Findings you can act on

You receive the issues found, repair guidance, proposed changes and recommendations for further work. Priorities help both the store owner and developer decide what to tackle first. Implementing the findings has its own scope and quote.

Arranging the audit

We agree access to the store and server before the review. The published turnaround is 1–3 working days, with the date confirmed for your request. Finding issues and fixing them are separate services; you can commission repairs after reviewing the results.

we get started.

What should I prepare?

Your shop address, OpenCart version, symptoms and recent changes. Screenshots and logs help reproduce the problem. Access is agreed through a secure channel.

Are repairs included in an audit?

The audit delivers findings and recommendations. Repairs or development are quoted separately and approved before implementation.

Can you maintain the shop afterwards?

Yes. Ongoing care can cover updates, backups, monitoring and an agreed allowance of work, scoped after reviewing your shop.
